“Jaital Hotel Shuttle - MBJ to Holiday Inn”

WOW! What a great experience for me and my wife. This was our first trip to Jamaica and to an all-inclusive hotel ... and what all-inclusive meant to us, we didn\'t know what to expect. We were not sure at first on how to get to the hotel as it seems not many Jamaican hotels have direct shuttle service but we used Jaital from MBJ airport ... and cost us $10 US each for shuttle service ... very reasonable. Driver (Christopher) was funny, informative, and got us right to the resort and when it was time to leave at the end of our five-day stay, they were prompt, courteous, friendly ... as it seems nearly all Jamaicans were during our visit. The all-inclusive hotel meant several open bars around the property, on the beach, in the hotel ... and food galore ... and all varieties and good, too ... food huts all over the property, too, plus a general buffet every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) plus three upscale restaurants for dinner as well, if you choose. The hotel is getting re-branded in January as just Holiday Inn and the updates to the property are nearly all in place ... flat screen tvs, new comfortable pillow-top mattresses, painting throughout, etc. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and fun, too ... you won\'t be disappointed in staying at this Holiday Inn and using Jaital for shuttle. PS: There are plenty of fun activities for the kids at the hotel (there is a kids area and food items for them) and adults each day. We stayed in Building #7 with an ocean view and the closest to the deepest ocean area to swim ... what a great site from our balcony. We\'ll do Montego Bay again at the Holiday Inn and use Jaital, too. No problem, mon! [Tripadvisor re-post] more...
