Both your drivers were friendly, polite and drove carefully. Kennedy wasn't familiar with the location of the resort, which was a little surprising so the journey took a bit longer than we had anticipated. However, we arrived safely which is the main thing.

Raymond was stood with my name on a card as I stepped out of the airport entrance which was quite a relief as Norman Manley is a very busy airport. He asked us to wait while he brought the car round. After helping us get the bags in wee were whisked off to Runaway Bay. We knew this was going to be a long drive as our travel agent had messed up the airports. Raymond asked if we needed to stop for water it wouldn’t be a problem. He navigated with expertise down some very treacherous roads and got us safely to our resort. He also checked to make sure this was the correct hotel before we disembarked. The reverse trip was just as pleasant. After a quick phone call check the day before Raymond was waiting on time for us. We were very pleased with the level of service and punctuality of Kenton, our driver. The journey from Kingston Airport to Ochi Rios was long but only due to the road works and due to it being dark we couldn’t see any of the scenery. However, our return journey was much better. Kenton arrived 15 minutes early so we set off for the airport with plenty of time in hand, he drove us through Fern Gully which was beautiful and we have some nice photos of the surrounding hills! We would like to say that we were very very pleased with your service. Your driver Cameron was outside the airport patiently waiting for us because our flight was delayed by about 2 hours. He was very knowledge with the history of Jamaica and did not hesitate to point out points of interest along the way. We were very comfortable in the air-conditioned bus and the trip did not feel as long as it was. Cameron was also on time for our return journey and passed through Ocho Rios to show us some of the sights on the way to the airport as we did not leave the Resort our entire trip. Our group of 14 went to Jamaica on June 8th 2014 for a wedding at Gran Bahia principe at Runaway Bay, Our airport was In Kingston so we hired Jaital to transport us to Runaway Bay. Our flight was delayed by two hours but our driver Cameron was there waiting for us. It was a three hour drive in an air conditioned bus and Cameron was great, he was very knowledgeable on the history of Jamaica. We were given a wonderful tour along the way, he was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Cameron arrived on time for the return journey and also took a different route to show us Ocho Rios since we did not leave the resort for the entire trip. My wife and I needed to take a taxi from Kingston to Montego Bay as our flight into Kingston arrived too late for any internal flights that day. We booked our transfer through Jaital before we left to go on holiday. The booking process was smooth and very easy. When we arrived in Kingston our driver was polite and courteous and very charismatic. He was a fountain of knowledge and even suggested places to take photos en route. When we started to get tired and needed to snooze for the long 3.5hr journey, without even saying anything to him he understood and let us drift off for a few winks. I recently booked a vacation to Negril, Jamaica but accidentally had us flying into Kingston (which is about 4- 5 hours away by car). I tried to change our airline reservations, but the price was just too much. I ended up booking a round trip private transfer for my husband and I through Jaital. I can\'t express enough how wonderful our driver Phillip was! He made us feel welcome, safe and best of all kept us laughing on a very long road trip. Phillip is a great man! He was professional, always on time, courteous, informational and we are happy to now be able to call him our friend! We used Jaital airport transfer from Kingston to Ocho Rios and vice versa. Got their details on the web and even though there were not many reviews but still were good, we decided to give them a try. They were at the pick up both airport and hotel on time, friendly and informative about Jamaica. Philip the driver was very jolly, Yeh Mon, and made us at ease and we enjoyed the ride. I would recommend them. Their mini van was in good condition but not a new one which did not bother us but was in good condition and had AC which we didn’t use as it was pleasant enough. I booked last minute online. My vouchers were sent quickly. I arrived at Kingston and the driver was waiting. The car was clean, air conditioned and ran well. He pointed out various landmarks and historical facts. I asked him to stop so i could get something to eat and it was not a problem for him. “Quick, safe and friendly transport from Kingston to ocho rios”

My cousin and I originally didn\'t plan transportation to and from the airport. Then when I looked up the distance from ocho rios to Kingston I panicked due to the minimum 2 hour drive. I was lucky enough to find the jaital company. The website was easy to use, secure and I heard a response within 24 hours. Our flight was 3 hours late into Kingston, and Philip was right there waiting for us in the most upbeat and positive attitude. He took us the quickest route to ocho which was 2.5 hours late at night but we felt completely safe. He was very knowledgeable and witty. His personal tour throughout the drive made it go much quicker than anticipated. When we had to leave 4 days later at 6 am he was right at the front of the hotel full of energy and excited to show us the island in the daylight on the way back I highly recommend Philip and jaital for an airport transfer. The trip was 2 hours and with his conversation made it very pleasant. His name was Silvan.
