I appreciate Jaital Bus Service for my trip from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. I was travelling to attend my Father's funeral. I had a hard time using the website to make my reservations. Due to my persistent, your reservation team assisted me in securing my reservations. I truly appreciate their assistance. Your team at the Montego Bay International Airport was helpful and the driver was professional, kind and courteous. He got us to our destination in Ocho Rios without incident. All Covid 19 protocols were adhered to, including wearing of masks. The same can be said for the return trip. I must say my journey was quite pleasant. Driver drove carefully and I was reassured by that and so was able to relax and enjoy my journey. It was a short waiting time before we left montego bay. The gentleman who drove the tour bus that morning was timely and professional. There were 2 buses in the parking lot with the same name on them however we did not have to wonder which bus was ours as the driver quickly got out and approached my husband and I to confirm. When we arrived in Montego Bay we had no problem going to the counter, checking our papers and getting on a large bus to be taken to Coco LaPalm and Negril. The ride was fine, traffic was heavy. Our driver was polite, informative and very attentive to the road and traffic. Our return trip to Montego Bay was just my wife and I and our driver in a small van. I regret that I didn’t get the driver’s name. He was terrific. As he drove ( he was very attentive to driving) we discussed all sorts of aspects of Jamaica - education, economy etc.. The staff were beyond fantastic. As usual I didn't read the fine print from the confirmation I received. So I didn't print it out and on top of that my phone died. Not only did they let me charge my phone, they assisted me with transferring the confirmation to their email to print out my information, they also arranged for the driver to drop me off and call the owner for my pick up near the villa. He was great, a good driver, very friendly, and even acted as a tour guide as he pointed out attractions and places of interest as we made our way to the resort. Jaital definitely exceeded my expectations! I was happy with the counter service at the airport and that we were put on one of the big air conditioned buses. The driver was outstanding and did an excellent job in pointing out all the places of interest along the way to Negril. I felt very safe with his driving and he stopped at a rest stop when asked. The price was also very reasonable but I should have booked it earlier to avoid late booking fees. We will definitely be booking it again to get back to Montego Bay airport, and we will be using it again on our future frequent trips to Jamaica. Took the shuttle bus from Montego Bay to my hotel in Negril and the ride was smooth and comfortable. There's AC on the bus and the driver was sharing knowledge about Jamaica and the cultural while being able to entertain the passengers on the bus. Our driver was warm & welcoming and WE COULD BRING ABOARD our curbside purchased drinks!!! To me, that alone, was worthwhile. There will be cabbies galore, but we were told to be cautious. Since both spots we resorted with were ALL inclusive, we had no worries......from door-to-door, we were shuttled all around. There was a Car Rental spot or two in the airport, the gas there is cheap, and they drive on opposite side of the road so if you are cool with all of that, then consider renting a car. I kinda wish we had for at least a day, to be able to drift off course more...one property were we stayed was SO far from anything.......yeah, but we had virtually everything @ our fingertips. Jaital, was our coach service for 2 of 3 of our excursions. If able, sit in the mini seat RIGHT by the driver, the video AND photos you will be able to capture will be worthwhile, not to mention the banter WITH the driver. Even taking in the vibe of the city vs. countryside....depending on how long of a drive you will have. I felt safe with one of our drivers, that I took a nap. The transportation to and from the airport was very efficient. Our driver from the airport provided us with a nice background and history of Jamaica enroute to the hotel. He was very personable and considerate. I prefer the smaller taxivan to the bus as it is more personal and I love hearing the driver’s views of the island. It’s something you don’t quite get in the larger bus. We were picked up from the hotel in the larger bus for our return to the airport. As went very well. My only concern was the very early pickup on the return trip. I was picked up at 930a for a 133p flight. Originally I was due to be picked up at 1020a when my pickup was going to be from the Holiday Inn Sunspree. My hotel was changed to Sunset Beach. I will definitely use your services again.

Both from the Airport and to the Airport were very delightful drives. While the roads are curvy and narrow, both your drivers handle them with expertise. They buses were on time, properly cooled down and the luggage was handled well. Both drivers were friendly and informative. If you are not in a hurry to get to your hotel; take the shuttle!! Its the cheapest way to get to your hotel and you get a tour guide as a driver who points out all the places along the way! We got off the plane, went to the desk, and a driver took us out to the transfer bus, It was that easy. The driver loaded of bags in the bus, asked us for our paperwork. We laughed, talked for a bit, joked, and off we went to the resort. On the way the driver told us some info about Jamacia, The ride was sweet! On the way back..after vacation 8 ( . we were picked up at the resort asked about our trip. The driver got our bags out from the bus, and the party was over. Tips the guys!!! they work hard, They are working too. We visited the RIU Montego Bay. We all had the best time!! We will be back! I was totally pleased with all aspects of Jaital.com\'s service. Upon arrival I checked in with their desk at the airport, as per the instructions provided, and within 15 minutes I was on my way to the resort. Though I only paid a shared shuttle, my wife and I were the only 2 people on that particular bus, so it was a quick and easy trip. The driver provided a brief commentary/overview of Jamaica as we travled. While at the resort I coordinated with their on-site representative at and received instructions for the return trip. She was extremely friendly and professional and went out of her way to answer all my questions. The bus for the return trip arrived on time and, though there were many more folks on board for the return trip, it was smooth and uneventful. One of the guests said he hadn\'t gotten any \"commentary\" on his arrival bus, so the bus driver went through the sight-seeing routine on the trip back to the airport. For 2 years, we have used Jaital for transportation to and from the airport as well as side trips while in Jamaica. We will use them forever. The airport transports were efficient, affordable and reliable. They even suggested a later than normal pick up so we\'d have less wait time at the airport on this last trip! It gave us an extra hour for a farewell lunch and drink- greatly appreciated. We found their tours and side trip prices to be more reasonable than those booked elsewhere, especially through the resorts. The drivers took extra time to acquaint us with the culture and \"off the beaten path\" sights, which we asked to see. The trips with time constraints getting between 2 destinations went very smoothly, and the guides and drivers are so personable and pleasant. They seem to have tenured drivers- we had the same driver for 2 years running, and we loved that! Traveling with a toddler this year felt very safe and he was quickly \"adopted\" by the crew on the tour bus.
