Our airport transfers could not have been better! Both on arrival into Montego Bay and departure from our hotel back to the airport, our drivers were ready and waiting for us. Their vans were clean, well-air conditioned and safe. Most of all, our drivers were super friendly! They took the time to introduce themselves to all of us and each told us a bit about Jamaica. On our return, we chatted the whole way with our driver and when leaving, we took a selfie with him and gave hugs all around. My two boys, ages 9 & 12, thought this was awesome! Professional safe drivers – on time service. Check in at the airport was easy and fast. Short walk outside to the van. I had booked private transportation for 8 of us to Beaches Negril. I had requested carseats and they were in the van. Van extremely clean. Driver professionally dressed, polite, and most importantly was a safe driver. The large van we had sat exactly 8 people very comfortably. We were given a return voucher. The driver arrived exactly on time. Different driver – still very professional and friendly and again I felt safe with his driving. And that is saying something with the typical crazy island driving and narrow winding roads. Driving through the small towns is particularly challenging. There was a lot of traffic particularly when we got to Montego Bay with 2 cruise ships in town. I was actually beginning to wonder if we would make it to the airport on time but obviously they know the timing as we were over 1 ½ hours early. Would definitely use this transport company again. Our request was a little unusual in that we were spending one night at the Hyatt in Montego Bay and then going to a hotel in Kingston, so the website drop down menu didn't really suffice to arrange this but your excellent customer service person on the phone was able to set it up. She sent me emails for each reservation, I was easily able to confirm the data and pay and I promptly received receipts. Re the drivers- our driver from the Hyatt in Montego Bay was excellent. He drove well, knew the route and was quite pleasant and interesting to talk to. We arrived ahead of schedule. The return was fine. The driver was not familiar with the new highway and was a little less skilled in driving, but we made it fine and he was very polite. We booked Jaital for our trip to and from Montego Bay airport after extensive searching online for a good company. And they definitely lived up to their good reputation. We staying at the Riu Ocho Rios, which was about a 1.5-2 hour drive from the airport, but the drivers made the trip fun. They give you commentary, and history of their island, and our driver even stopped at a fruit stand on the side of the road and let us try a honey banana after he heard us talking about how hungry we were from the long flight. The prices were extremely affordable for that long of a trip. There was a slight wait at the counter in the airport because of computer issues, but the trip back was flawless. I arranged a private pick up by jaital transport for when we arrived in Jamaica, it was easy to book over the internet and clear instructions on what to do when we arrived with the all important phone number. On arriving at the airport we were delayed an hour and a half as American airlines had annihilated one of the cases and they didn\'t want to discuss it with us but that\'s another story! I had the desk call jaital who were very understanding. We eventually cleared the bag pick up, jaital were waiting outside for us, they were very understanding and helped us with our baggage. Pick up was speedy, and they gave me the return details and pick up time there and then. The vehicle was very well maintained, clean and comfortable and the driver was very pleasant and chatty, I would definitely recommend them and use them again. On Wednesday, July 30, 2014, our service from Jeff (driver) was simply outstanding. Of all the drivers we have had on all the cruises we have been on, he was certainly among the best. He was very accommodating and helped us make adjustments to our schedule to maximize our time. He was not pushy and respected our wishes on what we were interested in seeing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions on the local community and Jamaica in general. On are recent visit to Jamaica we utilized your private transfer service to provide transportation from Montego Bay to Negril. And then again for our return trip home. Our driver was prompt at the Airport and took us in a large comfortable, air conditioned passenger van. In route he shared a wealth of information regarding local history and sites we passed on the way. Additionally he stopped at a local store we purchased snacks and beverages for our ride. Seven days later, we were happy to see him again, (10 minutes early) to take us on our return trip back to the Airport. The service you provided was affordable and hassle free and provided with professionalism. Furthermore we heard stories from other vacationer’s who took local taxis from the airport who had gotten taken advantage of in price and were not happy with the vehicle they rode in. We selected Jaital for our private transfers from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. Originally we were two passengers, but increased to four. The company immediately confirmed my change to four as to have the proper size vehicle avaIable. (I had prebooked and paid before leaving home.). Our driver Devon offered us bottled water or juice when we entered the van. The villa was difficult to locate, but he was patient and courteous until we reached our destination. The return transfer arrived promptly when we had to depart for the airport. We were two passengers on the return and our driver Jeffrey picked us up in a vehicle for the two of us.I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Jaital! While Visiting Jamaica we used jaital for tours as well as transportation to our hotel (Grand Palladium) and back to the airport. We took a day tour to Ocho Rios Dunns falls, which was the best part of our vacation. The driver (cant remember his name) who picked us up was punctual and very nice. We found this service via an Internet search so took our chances. Our pick up at the Montego Bay Airport went very smoothly as we were headed to our resort (Grand Palladium - Lucea) very quickly. Romeo was our driver, he would point out things of interest, some great stories and made some suggestions as to where to go. We were nevous about our pick up as we had a 10 AM flight back to the states, the hotel was not mcu help but we did get a call out to Jaital, we requested a 6:45 AM pick up, we were early to check out and our driver was there at 6:15 and got us back to the airport with plenty of time. Me, my wife and our 17 month old daughter used a private transfer from jaital to and from the airport. We booked online and when we arrived at the MBJ Airport we went to the jaital associate let them know we were there and we were off to the resort within 5 minutes. The gentlemen who took us there, (I wish I could remember his name) was very professional and got us to the resort with no issues. Since my daughter didn\'t have a car seat and had to sit on my wife\'s lap, he drove slow and seemed concerned with some of the other drivers on the road. When we were going home out transfer was running a little late and jaital had arrived to pick up another family who wasn\'t ready leave, they took us to the airport and out ride took the other family.
