Irie Blue Hole located in Ocho Rios Jamaica, also known as the "Secret Falls" and "Island Gully Falls" is undoubtedly one of Jamaica's hidden treasures. Located just 25 minute drive away from the Ocho Rios port, Embark on a scenic & exhilarating drive to a secluded and relatively untouched falls traveling on a hilly terrain. The deep blue waters of the river wind through jamaica's hills, forests and villages along their path to the Caribbean Sea.

We loved our experience at the Blue Hole. A favorite part of our cruise. The driver was very kind and a safe drive. The only thing is, we docked at Raynold Pier and we were not sure which way to go. People were very annoying and it was hard to ask for directions with confidence. If we had docked at the nearest port, everything would have been perfect!

We absolutely loved our recent tour. The driver was friendly, and our fellow passengers were terrific. It was the perfect small group mix of strangers. The adventure was great fun. We have 5 children ages 9 to 18. All 5 would tell you this was their favorite part of the cruise. The only complaint of the day was beyond your control. It was pouring rain and we got off the ship and could not reach the number given to us. We followed the written instructions and walked 10 minutes in the rain to the meeting place, only to find to the driver was waiting for us at the pier. We had a great trip thank you. Our driver Silvan arrived on time & took us to the Blue Hole. He gave us some local knowledge too. At the Blue Hole he sorted out our guide. It was beneficial to be able to leave our stuff in his car & not worry about getting changed afterwards. We had 2 kids with us (age 5 & 8). Silvan was very helpful with them & he never rushed us. Our tour was wonderful. The directions to get from the ship to the meeting point were clear and easy to follow. We were greeted warmly and the check in went smoothly. Our driver wasnt especially friendly, but was courteous and drove safely. he did offer to drop us at the little flea market on the way back which was nice and we tipped him accordingly. But, the tour was absolutely 5 stars due to our fortunate luck to get Sam as our guide. He was super attentive to both our senior father and the young kids. He took lots of photos for us and magically appeared no matter where any one of the 6 of us was and made sure we had safe footing and clear instructions on the safest place to jump. Silvan was really great! We appreciated his knowledge of the country and the many conversations we had during both our excursions. It made for two awesome excursions. Met with Jaital representative just outside of the gates of the Port of Ocho Rios. Within 15 minutes, our family of 5 was in the small van with one other group of 4. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!! Your staff was very welcoming, professional and such a pleasure. We loved the lounge area, cool breeze from the fans, and awesome DJ! I did not realize we would have tour guides, and we loved it!!! Especially, the personal service the ladies provided to us. They stayed with us the entire time and made sure all of our needs were handled. Your staff was beautiful, and although I found out I had a stressful family member, your staff was superb! Everything was Exceptional!!! We had a few hiccups our our side with my family members being late off of the ship, but your staff was very patient with us! I would like to offer just one recommendation if possible for large groups. It would have been great if one staff person could have met us at the port to escort us down to the building. Although I had written directions, because I had never come in from the port, it was difficult and a little confusing moving with 70 people and being unsure of where I was going. We took cruise on the MSC Divina in April of 2017. Our list of shore excursions did not include the Irie Blue Hole and Secret Falls. When we got off the ship it was a short walk to meet our driver. Everyone along the way was helpful to point out the building when told them we booked a tour with Jaital. Our driver was very accommodating and informative. You can climb the falls, take pictures and even make a couple of jump into the Blue Hole. We have booked a cruise in June of 2018 on the MCS Seaside with our children and grandkids. We were part of the Mossing group that toured with Jaital on April 5th to Blue Hole in Jamaica. We had an amazing experience! Stacey, Deveroe and our driver were all so tremendous and really made sure we all had the best experience ever. I had a young daughter who was very scared about parts of the adventure and Deveroe watched out for her, carrying her on his back and swimming with her so that my husband and I could still enjoy the jumps. The stop on the way home to get some jerk chicken was also a great experience. Stacey made sure we were all enjoying ourselves and the driver did an excellent job on those treacherous roads. We had an incredible experience on our excursion. Our driver, Glenroy was an amazing guide, he answered all of our questions about Jamaican lifestyle, industries, and gave us some history. There was another party that joined our tour, and one of the members was very sick, Glenroy was very concerned for her and took great care making sure that she was ok. Our party had a wonderful time at the Blue Hole. Our lifeguard/tour guide, Julian was great at keeping us safe while allowing us to enjoy ourselves. We got to experience cliff diving, rock climbing, and the beauty that is Jamaica. After our excursion was completed, Glenroy drove us back to port and was very helpful and showed great hospitality. He was great at advising us where we could eat and get souvenirs. I have already referred Jaital excursions to my family members that will be traveling to the island soon. When I asked if we passed a post office, he made sure to get out and ask how much the stamps cost for me and got them for me. Blue Hole is cool and the river tubing was fun. We had the absolute best time of our lives! My family of 12 ranging from my 63 year old father all the way to my 5 year old son loved this experience! We have been telling everyone that the blue hole in Jamaica was our favorite thing that we did on our vacation! Everyone at jaital were so amazing they took such great care of all of us. The meeting point was easy to find. The driver Orlando was very informative stopping along the way to point out the Jamaican culture. I could not rave more about the Oshane our guide at the blue hole. I think he went above and beyond helping all of us and especially my 5 year old who I think he carried almost the whole way. He was always right beside us helping us cross the rocks. He was absolutely amazing!! After the blue hole Orlando took us to the river tubing where we had a great time as well. And finally Orlando took us to a safe place to shop and showed us the best places to get bargains. We loved loved loved this trip! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a great time! My wife and I had a great experience at the Blue Hole in Jamaica. Our driver was friendly and was very informative on our way to the Hole. It was great for us because we were the only people from our resort going to the Hole that day and we had our own taxi and our own tour guide. Our tour guide was awesome! Absolutely stunning place to visit ! My sons and I had so much fun there. Sylvan took very good care of us the whole day. He took us to a great souvenir shop , where they gave us some very good prices. And he also took us to a restaurant that had some amazing Caribbean Jerk. When we asked for coconuts , he even had the perfect person to buy from. Overall, we would ask for Sylvan again when we return to Jamaica. I also have to mention our guide,Dante, at the Blue Hole. I am pretty sure I had used Jaital in the past when we did a European Cruise through Norwegian a couple of years ago… but when I saw the name on the website I liked what I saw. All the reviews were very good. We didn’t want to go to the more Touristy Dunn River Falls so the Irie Blue Hole sounded exactly what we were looking for. We were so pleased with the whole excursion. Our Guide was amazing. I am sorry I am not good at remembering names. She was wonderful, funny and very caring. The Ride was a lot of fun and the fellows who helped us doing our hike were excellent. I needed some assistance and they were always right there to help without making me feel silly. I gave the two fellow who helped me a well-deserved tip. I do know that this excursion will be more popular as times goes on but I hope things stay the same because from what I hear this Tour is a whole lot better than the Dunn River Falls. more...

First, our Jaital tour guide picked us up at our cruise ship port and drove us out to Blue Hole in Ocho Rios. Our guide was extremely helpful and always answered any questions we had about the country we were in. Once we arrived in Blue Hole the experience was like none other. Jaital tours provided and organized our excursion to the Blue Hole and also rafting with Calypso Rafting. Our driver's name was Orlando. If you can, request this gentleman! Orlando was a wonderful host. He was great to talk to, and had great information about Jamaica. Orlando safely transported my wife and I fro the Riu Ocho Rios to our excursions/tours. However he also graciously stopped at some local stores/markets in Ocho Rios so we could do our souvenir shopping. I certainly recommend booking any of your tours in Jamaica with this company. We had a driver who\'s name is Sylvan. We had him the entire day in Ochi to ourselves and loved him. He\'s not only personable but he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable the entire 8 hours of our adventures. We reallyyyy enjoyed our time with him and hope the best for him and Jaital. It\'s drivers like him that reaffirm why we used your company and plan to use them going forward. Wish we knew of you sooner in our 8 day stay. We found you last minute. If your staying at either Ochi resort Sandals or Beaches you must use Jaital for your excursions. They are half the price of Island Routes and alot more flexible with time. We started at the Blue hole.. a must!!! Then to river tubing which was amazing and fun. We ended with the luminous lagoon which was mind boggling and breathtaking. You must swim and allow the glow of the water to surround you. It made our trip. We stopped to eat at the famous Scotchies Jerk shack..yummy.. pleaseeee ensure you take in these adventures...we did them all in one day and it was our BEST DAY of the trip. We were nervous as many have said to book a tour outside of our resort but Jaital instantly made us comfortable. We were amazed by the cost they offer for Discover Irie Blue Hole and Secret Falls. My Wife and I just visted Ocho Rios as a port for our Carnival Cruise. We lined up an excursion with Jaital to take us to the gorgeous and hidden treasure the Blue Hole. We were unsure of what to expect but once we were in port and in the hands of Stacy our Guide and our Driver Orlando we didn\\\\\\\'t have a care in the world. They took us through the streets of Ocho Rios into the country side to the Blue Hole. Our guide there Tony was amazing and the sights at the location were gorgeous. The area is authentic and the guides make sure to make it as safe as possible. Obviously some of the risks are inherent such as jumping off waterfalls and off cliffs but that comes with the territory. The guides follow you closely and assist in anyway they can! It definitely is the way to go away from the crowded Dunn\\\\\\\'s River falls. Make sure to bring water shoes though they are required but Stacy made sure we stopped at a more affordable place to buy ours. “Discover Irie Blue Hole and Secret Falls - FANTASTIC TOUR”

We had an absolutely brilliant time in Ochios Rios, thanks to the excursion we booked with Jaital. We were picked up close to the port where our cruise ship docked with a small van. We had the driver and 2 guides. We were driven to the Blue Hole where we were introduced to 2 local divers/swimmers who gave us an absolutely fantastic time jumping in the waterfall. The scenery was awesome and jumping into the waterfall was such an amazing experience that none of us will ever forget. Then we were driven to the Dunns Secret Falls and joined another group of people who were there for river tubing. Once again the guys doing the river tubing were fantastic. A lot of fun. We laughed a lot. Another experience which we will remember for a very long time. After the falls we asked our guide Stacey (apologies for any misspelling) to take us somewhere local for a bite to eat. She took as to simple place with a live band and scrumptious food. Stacey is an amazing tour guide. She took great care of us and made our short stay in Ochios Rios fantastic! She was very informative about the place, very friendly and fun. We felt very very safe.
