We had an appointment at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay. After finding the white tent, we boarded your bus and were dropped off at the front entrance to the resort and told that we would be picked up at 2:50pm. The driver returned exactly at the stated time and returned us to Falmouth. Both the driver and the service were excellent. Very pleased.

We had a very good experience with your team. We were picked up on time . There were 4 couples to be dropped off in Montego Bay. We were dropped off and told where and when to be back to be picked up. A few minutes after the pick-up time, we were transported back to the cruise ship port in Falmouth with plenty of time to spare to do some shopping. We arrived Falmouth via cruise ship and wanted to go to the hip strip and Doctors Cave beach. Our experience was excellent. We were initially picked up by Peter. He did a fantastic job and helped us with where to shop as well. He was knowledgeable and fun. We changed our pick up time and although he couldn’t be there to take us back, he made sure we were well taken care of. I would have liked to have thanked him in person again and given him a tip, but the driver that returned us to the ship was also very nice and they both drove very safely. We were extremely happy with the services and felt the price of $20 round trip was very fair. We used Jaital for roundtrip transfers from the port at Falmouth to Secrets Resorts in Montego Bay. There were others in the van with us who were dropped at Sandals Royal Caribbean and the Hip Strip for Doctor\\\'s Cave Beach. All were equally pleased with the service. We booked online in advance, paid a small deposit at booking and the balance in cash the day of the transfer. The van was in great condition and more importantly, so was the air conditioning! We were in Falmouth port in August, 2014, aboard the Oasis of the Seas. We booked in advance with Jaital Tours to transport our family of four to/from Half Moon Resort at Rose Hall for a horseback riding excursion. We selected Jaital Tours due to their high rating, positive reviews and competitive prices. Upon our arrival at the transportation center, we were promptly greeted by our driver, \\\"Cole\\\". Actually, he was more than a driver, he was a professional and knowledgeable tour guide. Not only did he provide the transfers to/and from Half Moon Resort as agreed, but dove us to Montego Bay for some great jerk chicken and beef patties. While there, he explained the menu items and sauces and helped us convert US Dollars to Jamaica Dollars when it came time to pay. Cole made our day in Jamaica an awesome experience and should be recognized for his exceptional service. These guys were great!! We booked a resort day pass at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay and needed round trip transportation to the resort. Prices are extremely reasonable - saved a lot of money versus using a taxi!! The driver took great care of us. The shuttle was air conditioned and comfortable. We came to Jamaica on a cruise ship on Jan. 12, 2012. and had booked Jaital for transportaion to Montego Bay, DOctors Cave Beach from Fallmouth. We had no idea at the time that what we thought would be just a ride to the beach would turn out to be one of the best experiences of our trip. Devon, our driver, was most courteous, helpful and informative. He went out of his way to make our trip to the beach an enjoyable and safe trip. He made us feel comfortable and very welcome. He has a great sense of humor and pointed out many landmarks and gave us much information about the island and the area we were going to. Being a local, he was able to give us information for the best places to eat, to shop and what beaches were the best. He warned us of the not so reputable gift shops and told us that when he picked us back up to head back to the ship, that he would take us to a great place to shop, and he was right. We found everything we wanted with \\\"No worries Mon!!\\\" They shop clerks were polite and most helpful , nothing like the way it was in the touristy sections. We will be returning to Jamaica for a longer stay on our next vacation and plan on using Jaital for our transportaion and excursion needs. We noticed on thie web site that they have so many activities to choose from. They are a value and a very trustworthy company and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who will be visiting Jamaica. Our party of 5 arrived in Falmouth on December 30, 2011, on Mariner of the Seas. While not really a tour, we had booked transportation from Falmouth to Doctor\\\'s Cave Beach in Montego Bay on line with Jaital prior to our cruise. We were given a time and directions to meet our driver and he was waiting when we arrived. It was about a 30 minute drive to the beach in a nice airconditioned van and we were the only passengers. A word of caution in setting a pick-up time for return to the ship. Jamaica is one hour ahead of ship time so be sure you\\\'re on the same page as your driver. We had requested a return time of 2:00 pm but at around 1:25 our driver found us on the beach and indicated it was after 2:00 while we thought we had arranged our return based on ship time. It was no big deal to us as we were ready to go anyway and we certainly appreciated him coming to get us rather than just leaving. We felt the R/T cost of $20 pp was very reasonable and would certainly consider Jaital again when in Jamaica. [Tripadvisor re-post] more...
